We don't run from what others fear. We face it head-on — for our clients.
FTE — Front Towards Enemy was created around a simple observation: many security problems exist in the gaps between traditional service providers.
An executive-protection company may secure the principal but not the asset being transported. A logistics provider may understand transportation but not protective operations. An investigator may uncover information but not provide physical protection. A traditional guard force may secure a fixed location but lack the mobility required for executive or logistics operations.
FTE bridges those gaps.
The company combines protective intelligence, executive protection, investigations, secure transportation and high-value logistics into one flexible operational platform.
FTE is veteran-led and built around military-derived principles of preparation, accountability, adaptability and mission completion — adapted for professional private-sector environments where discretion and client experience matter just as much as security.
Our competitive advantage is not that we "have better armed guards." Our guards come with an extensive set of skills developed through years of experience outside of just security. All FTE guards are trained to and above professional standards and are required to maintain those standards with a qualification every six months.
Specialty NetworkThoroughly vetted agents activated according to mission requirements — giving FTE the reach to scale a protective, logistics or investigative operation anywhere it's needed.
A connected world strengthened by relationships, intelligence, and service. We build networks that protect and create value — through information sharing, strategic partnerships, and service excellence.
The Brand RuleFTE should never look like it is trying to convince the public how dangerous its operators are. The company communicates the opposite: we understand threats well enough that we rarely need to use force. Competence is demonstrated through planning, credentials, experience, systems and professionalism.
FTE is a veteran-owned and operated company providing security services, emergency response services, investigative services, and training services. Built by owners who are not only veterans in service to their country, but veterans to the industry.
Chris Newell was a police cadet for the Los Angeles Police Department, where he furthered his career in the United States Navy working hand-in-hand with special forces and military police. After separating from the military, Chris attended professional executive protection training at Pacific West Academy. Following completion, his continued service to others extended into 14 years of executive protection service. Chris is a trained and licensed drone operator and has spent years protecting HNWI/UHNWI, working in conjunction with local and federal law enforcement in counter-terror protection activities for high-risk principals.
Zack Schmidt served as a Sniper in the U.S. Marine Corps, aiding in reconnaissance missions across the globe in support of counterterrorism operations before transitioning into weapons training. He later transitioned out of active service and into executive protection, where he spent time operating both as a protector and as a private investigator, putting forth an extensive skill set for HNWIs. Zack has also spent time operating in conjunction with local and federal law enforcement in counterterrorism operations, further extending his service in protection to the country.
Emmett Marbury served as a Combat Engineer for the United States Marine Corps. Emmett spent extensive time learning defense in-depth — both what it takes to build a successful one and what it takes to successfully breach it. Emmett served as a security forces member in the Middle East, where he was selected to be on the U.S. Ambassador of Bahrain's security detail and later became one of the lead security forces instructors for his unit. He then led a joint private protection detail for the Australian defense minister and managed security operations for event companies in Japan, including executive protection services to HNWIs. Emmett separated from the service but continued to serve his community, protecting the Mayor of Dallas and the DHA, as well as working with law enforcement and federal agencies in protecting UHNWI from terror threats.
